Faktor Produksi

1. SUMBER DAYA ALAM (SDA)
merupakan segala sesuatu yang telah tersedia dari alam dan digunakan oleh manusia untuk menghasilkan barang-barang dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya
Sumber daya alam terdiri atas :

• Tanah , yang digunakan sebagai tempat pertanian , pertambangan , dan tempat usaha
• Bahan tambang dan mineral , misalnya minyak bumi , emas dan timah
• Air , yang dipergunakan untuk irigasi dan sumber energi
• Udara/ikilm/cuaca , seperti musim dan letak geografi

Sumber daya alam menurut kemampuannya diperbaharui :

• SDA yang dapat diperbaharui , misalnya hutan , kesuburan tanah , dan ikan
• SDA yang tidak dapat diperbaharui , seperti minyak bumi dan barang tambang lainnya

2) TENAGA KERJA
yaitu kemampuan manusia dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi , baik itu jasmani maupun rohani
Berdasarkan sifatnya , tenaga kerja dapat dibagi menjadi :

• Tenaga kerja jasmaniah : tenaga kerja yang mengandalkan kekuatan fisiknya dalam bidang produksi , seperti tukang becak
• Tenaga kerja rohaniah : tenaga kerja yang mengandalkan pikiran dan kepintarannya , seperti konsultan dan pengacara
  

Berdasarkan keahliannya , tenaga kerja dibagi menjadi :

• Tenaga kerja terdidik (skilled labor) yang mendapatkan keahliannya dengan sekolah formal , terbukti dengan ijazah misalnya guru , insinyur , arsitek

• Tenaga kerja terlatih (tranied labor) yang mendapatkan keterampilannya melalui sekolah informal dengan bukti sertifikat seperti sopir , montir , pemandu wisata

• Tenaga kerja tidak terdidik dan tidak terlatih , yaitu tenaga kerja yang bukan melalui pendidikan dan latihan , namun dari pengalaman , seperti : kuli angkut , penarik becak , pemulung

3) MODAL
adalah segala sesuatu yang dihasilkan manusia untuk memenuhi atau membantu kelancaran proses produksi

• Menurut sifatnya :
  _modal jasmiah/nyata yaitu modal yang dapat dirasakan dan dilihat , misalnya mesin tenun , komputer dan uang
  _Modal rohaniah / abstrak : modal yang tidak nampak namun dapat dirasakan , seperti keterampilan , fikiran

• Menurut fungsinya :

_perseorangan / individu / privat yaitu modal yang berasal dari perseorangan seperti modal awal berupa sejumlah uang dan simpanan bank lainnya

_modal masyarakat , yaitu modal yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat atau bersama , misalnya jalan , jembatan dan pasar

• Menurut bentuknya :
  

_Modal tetap , yaitu modal yang dapat dipakai proses produksi berkali-kali , misalnya mesin , gedung dan hak cipta
_Modal lancar , yaitu modal yang lansung habis untuk sekali proses produksi , misalnya uang , bahan baku , dan bahan pembantu

• Menurut resikonya :

_Modal sendiri , yaitu modal yang resikonya ditanggung sendiri , misalnya modal pribadi , nama baik dan hak cipta
_Modal pinjaman , yaitu modal yang berasal dari orang lain dan harus dikembalikan pada waktu yang telah disepakati . Misalnya pinjaman bank dan pinjaman pihak ketiga


4)Kewirausahaan
Adalah kemampuan seseorang untung menggabungkan faktor-faktor produksi untuk menjalankan proses produksi

Keahlian yang diperlukan oleh pengusaha ialah :

• Technological skill : kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mempermudah proses produksi . Seperti kemampuan menggunakan komputer mesin dan kemajuan alat komunikasi serta informasi
  
• Managerial skill : kemampuan untuk mengelola dan memaksimalkan sumber daya dan faktor produksi dalam rangka mengoptimalkan hasil produksi . Yang termasuk managerial skill adalah planning , organizing , actuating , dan controlling
• Organization skill : kemampuan untuk mengorganisasikan atau mengatur faktor produksi dengam kemampuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki

Sifat yang harus dimiliki pengusaha :

• Menyukai tantangan , karena pengusaha akan banyak menghadapi kesulitan
• Berani menghadapi resiko , seperti bangkrut , gagal dan persaingan
  
• Ulet dan mau bekerja keras , ketika menghadapi tantangan
• Supel atau mudah bergaul , untuk membuka relasi dan hubungan usaha
  
• Teguh memegang janji , dan mudah dipercaya oleh semua pihak
  
• Rasa percaya diri yang tinggi dan optimis dalam membuka peluang
• Kreatif dan inovatif , untuk melakukan pembaharuan dalam usaha

3.Students or teachers go to the toilet : Non Economy : Because it doesn't have a connectoin with economy activity
4.Moving class : Non Economy : Because we don't have to use money to move to another class
5.Watch knowledgeable films : Non Economy : Because we don't have to pay for watching the movies

A driver that sits arround and chat. Not economic because he is waisting his time to work by sitting arround and chatt with other people.

Students that goes to the toilet for playing with their cellphones. Not economic, because they don't do something for getting money and they are suppose to be learning not playing with their cellphones.

A student going to the toilet. Not economic because it's not related to money.

A girl that walks arround the halway. Not economic because she don't make money with walking arround.

1.Student parent’s buy a food or drink in canteen – Economy , because they make sale and purchase transactions with merchants. their got profit , namely is food or drink .

2.Student buy a pin in BTE room – Economy , because the students benefit the pin (one of the school uniforms that must be used) and the schools get money from the sale of these pins

3.Cleaning service cleaning the school –Economy , because the school clean and cleaning service get the money .

4.Students study in class – Economy , because if students study in class , student get knowledges from teacher .

5.Teachers teach in class – Economy , because teachers give knowledges to students and student get the money .

6.The security guard school – Economy , because the school to be safe and the security get the money.

7.Students do the exercise from teachers – Economy , because the students get more knowledges from the exercise provided by teachers .

8. Students do the presentations – Economy , because the other students get more knowledges .

9. Food vendors selling the food or drink – Economy , because the food vendors get the money from the sale and buyers get the food or drink .
